Raising a private army of monitors for Darfur
It is good to read about you caring for Darfur. I have been trying to figure out about what to do, and I have an idea about Oprah too.
First, when I read that Brian Steidle the ex-US Marine who was with the AU monitors in Darfur. He said that they prevented a Sudani attack on a village there by simply having seventy monitors in the village. I had been thinking of getting up a volunteer militia from the US and elsewhere to go there. But then I saw that we would not even have to fight probably if we could pose as monitors. Especially if we could get many black Americans and others to go.
If we could get Oprah on board it would rocket. What made me realize that is that today in our Sunday School class the teacher spoke about meeting Mr. Graham, Oprah's "companion", and getting to know him.
